GLEČER company was founded on 17 February 1994, and is present in the Serbian market today in the field of industry, telecommunications, building and marketing services.
The basic mission of the company is to provide the most favourable solution, through identification with the goals set by the customer, and in this way affirm the best possible position in the market for the partner. The company deals in manufacture and mounting of steel structures for telecommunications and installation of telecommunications equipment.
The company sticks to certain principles which we consider to be essential:
- to assess, learn about and meet the requirements of the partner as thoroughly as possible,
- to provide intelligent „turn-key” services,
- to constantly follow the changing requirements, which implies a continuous development of services and their adaptation to the evolving requirements. |

Development of GLEČER company
The rapid progress of the company was caused by a sudden growth in demand for telecommunications services which followed the economic revival. For this reason, and with the help of the competent employed staff, the company has become an important factor in the Serbian telecommunications market, especially for “turn-key” telecommunications projects. Each of the significant domestic telecommunications companies is among the strategic partners of GLEČER company. Among them are:

The works performed in numerous strategic companies in the market in all fields, have enriched the personnel with new and useful experiences. These improvements are constantly used in the projects made for our clients, and more and more for the purpose of advising them as well. The reputation it gained enabled the company to be invited into strategic partnership with the customers, which serves as an evidence of their trust. These experiences and the constant training of competent associates have laid the foundation for the development programme. In response to today’s expectations, we have modern technical logistics at our disposal, in order to perform the tasks at the highest level. The constant quality of the works is ensured by the well-equipped and high-skilled team of associates with rich experience. By means of an integrated system of company management, the project-management team is able to simultaneously coordinate complex orders. The employees tend to provide a wide range of services, from designing to performing construction and telecommunications works, to maintenance.
Our activities
- For the performance of tasks in accordance with the expectations of the 21st century, we have at our disposal considerable assets and modern technical background. Among other things, we have access to modern technical telecommunication devices, instruments, industrial machines, steel working tools, top-quality hand tools, as well as the indispensable highly developed information technology.
- With a modern car pool (passenger cars, trucks, jeeps and vans) the company ensures transportation of people and loads as well as logistics.
- The storage services are provided in a covered and closed storage.
- For the performance of daily administrative tasks, the offices are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and this is were project preparation and following take place.
- The activities of the company are carefully planned, and the incomes and results are shaped according to the set goals that are still in the organization process. The last few years have passed in the spirit of progressive development. The set goal, that has been achieved, was that the company should become and remain an important factor in the market for manufacture of steel structures and installation of telecommunications equipment.
Increase in number
The increase in volume of orders, and the preparation for providing services as completely as possible as well as opening of new sectors have brought a rational growth in number of employees of the company. When the firm was founded there were only four people employed, and that number has increased during the develepment, so that over 50 people are employed today.

GLEČER company pays special attention to the highest possible quality of its services. The firm has an old guard of qualified professionals with long experience. The associates working within it are from year to year proving their competence in the field of production and mounting of steel structures, installation and measurement of telecommunications. By respecting and preserving a permanent group of competent professionals and their constant additional training, we enable inevitable growth and development of service level, in order to provide an adequate response to the client demands.
Maintaining a continual contact with the clients and meeting of their demands to the highest degree both confirm the confidence which is the basic prerequisite for business success. Besides all that, we also have at our disposal the ISO 9001:2001 quality sistem, which quarantees fully achieved quality, and in 2007 began the introducement of ISO14001 declarations on the environment protection.
